stressful none stop communications, working with other is a must. to be part of a team to lead. outside corporate in the field management was lacking professionally.culture was mixed, Spanish, English, & Russian speaking hardest part with the job was the dealing and keeping drivers profitable, understanding there needs .the most enjoyable maintaining great customer service and great relationships. dealing with upper management was very enjoyable. they treated you as if you were part of the family. being prepaid to be involved with customers none stop. and , dealing with corporate personal. long telephone conference calls 2- 3 times a week. be focus through out the day. management will push to get the best out of you capabilities, strive you to ultimately get the best out of you abilities.
