Employees need to be a priority as well as the residents. Say thank you to your employees for their hard work. Make it mandatory to speak English. That is very frustrating to the residents.

Fire him he's so rude and disrespectful he doesn't care about the residents he only cares about himself and his position he's not professional at all.hes the worst ED ever
