Pros: free to come in and start our jobs without having to be micro managed
Cons: constant having to clean up and revise our order process because of bad engineering decision
A typical day of work is being a self starter and processing your daily job duties.
Management does lack skill base managers.
Co-workers were team players.
The hardest part of the job was after the takeover managers that never held the position of being purchasing manager we put in the position to fill the spots. I had to train 2 managers in how to place orders, negotiate, MS excell spread sheets, and all duties of buying. Both managers I had were either let go or they moved to a position that fit their skills.
The most enjoyable part of my job was my co-workers. We all knew our job duties and we worked well as a team
