Morrison's offers employment to many people of all nationalities regardless of disability, nationality, or work visa status. This particular account strives to mix departments and make the account very interconnected and supports interdepartmental help. The few awards are based highly on employee influence. However the corporate office feels the need to highly reward management and higher paid employees to the degree that it would shame many to know the difference in years of service recognition.

The biggest issue I have with this company is that the supervisor/manager ratio is extremely low. To move in the company one usually must relocate to a different area to work. The company also requires a Bachelors degree to become a manager but does not offer an education assistance unless you are a Salaried employee which is reserved for 4 positions outside of management. Unfortunately these positions are specific and benefited that the employees in them have no desire to move up.
