Morrison Management was a good place to work, poor benefits and small opportunities to grow. Hospital did not allow self or families the opportunity to be excused from work with a doctors note for illness or injury despite work we are servicing around the ill. Although the management was good and coworkers/staff even better. I learned how to be even more patient, as well as more timely managed. The hardest part of this job was very long shifts as well as constantly moving, walking, carrying and lifting. The best part of my day was getting to connect with the nurses, patients and let them enjoy their stay, see them smile and hearts warm. Always feels great to help others.
