The Quality Assurance Associate works to assure customer standards are maintained. This position will identify and resolve quality and efficiency problems. Ensure the quality of all processes through inspection, diagnosis and record keeping. Provide all necessary support for internal and external audits and provide sustainable corrective/preventive actions for gaps. Perform testing and maintain quality documentation for review and reporting. The hours for this position will be 20-30 per week scheduled between 8 am and 2 pm Monday through Friday.
