It was a nice place to work while it lasted.
Pros: daily spiffs, insurance, and jeans on weekends.
Cons: job security.
It is a good place to work, because you are taught how to become a real customer service rep. The pay was alright, and you didn't have to chase after it like some fly-by-night companies I have worked for in the past. They had great benefits along with daily spiffs. You worked in a fast paced environment, and the harder you worked, the more you caught the management's eye, because it showed in the amount of deals you made. My coworkers I never had a problem with. They were all great, like a family. The hardest part of my job was showing up on the last day to find out I had no job anymore, along with all of my coworkers.
