Senior Technical Support Specialist (Current Employee) –  Cicero, ILJune 26, 2017
I am only 3.5 miles from work. The typical day is like any help desk, resetting password, email issues, printing issues, and hardware issues. The new thing I learned was with the ERP system.

DATA ENTRY STUDENT AIDE, M.I.S (Current Employee) –  Cicero, ILJune 5, 2017
Overall great work experience for people with 0 experience working
Supervisors and managers are here to help you succeed
Learned tons of interesting networking/troubleshooting tips you can't really learn in a class room, unless you experience it hands on
The workplace is great for independent people
The hardest part of the job is trying to keep people happy and calm when they have a hard time understanding computers. Frustrated people are typically harder to work with
The best part of the job is getting experience with something I love which is computers.
Pros
free snacks sometimes, kitchen area, no strict bosses, not much supervision
Cons
no paid lunch, can get boring
