Café barista (Former Employee) –  Cicero, ILOctober 28, 2013
I enjoyed making specialty drinks and making customers feel special. This cafe is located inside of the library at Morton College, so most of my customers were students and professors. It is nice to wish them a good day and or evening, especially during midterm week and finals week.
Pros
free meals and tips!
Cons
short breaks, a lot of down time

This is the worst school you can work for. The Management is run by mafia. The Hispanic student population is mistreated, which by the way is about 60% or more of the student body. From what I've heard and seen everyone works in fear. And they all fear a few people. Also, this school is under notice by HLC. If you are career oriented and looking for a legit higher ed to work for, then this is not the school.
