This position coordinates and manages program operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities include assistance with hiring, scheduling staff, coordinating activities and appointments, training and habilitation of people with developmental disabilities, and maintaining accurate records.
Hours are mainly days but must be willing to work every third weekend and must be willing to be on call.
Management Experience required
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience working with individuals with disabilities. Must obtain or be willing to obtain CMA (Certified Medication Aide) Certificate.
