Purchasing Coordinator, Kirkwood, MO - March 27, 2012
It used to be a terrific place to work. After the company began their Business Process Improvement program, Management lost touch with the employees; forgetting those that helped get the company where it is now in 2012. Communication from management to employee has dropped dramatically. It's gone from being a company where we all felt like family to a corporation where their employees' names have been replaced with numbers. I would hire & have any of their carpenters or laborers in my home without hesitation. I would however, have to give very serious thought to ever working for them again in the future. My experience was very disappointing. Your work ethics and quality of work don't count. It's who you get along with and what 'click' you are in that will get you places in this company.
