I sincerely hope you just had a bad experience or perhaps the problem was YOU. I have almost 20 years security experience and actually want to work at Moses Cone even though I know nothing about them. My most recent security experience is working 7 years as a university campus security officer. I really liked and enjoyed working with most of my co-workers and lower ranking supervisors. I just need to find some other type of security work to do.

I am a Cone Healthemployee but I have to say that mother-baby unit was my worst experience when I was having my baby. The nurses and techs on weekend night shift are lazy and have no cultural competency. I had just had a baby and the doctor asked me not to go to the BR by myself. I called for help and the tech came after 2hrs. She did not want to touch me and she said "oh I see, you can do it, you dont need to call us again"! and she left and I heard them talking behind me. I had had a complicated delivery and had a lot of suture and had very high BP. I tried to get myself off the comode and fell on the floor. I was afraid to call the again and stayed there for another hour. My baby was crying and nobody showed up to see what was going on. My baby was not getting a bath like other babies. And I had to pay 14,000 for only 24 hours!! I still feel bad about that
