We are seeking a full-time, on-site graphic designer who is comfortable working within tight deadlines. This position includes but is not limited to graphic design and production for print advertisements, logo, direct mail pieces, various collateral materials, websites, e-blasts, etc…

Highly organized, deadline driven and can juggle multiple tasks effectively. Able to work within set graphics standards and accept art direction while still pushing the creative envelope. Good verbal and written communicator. Self-motivated, team player who is willing to pitch in wherever necessary. Able to work globally within a diverse client group. Enjoy a fun, fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare fast-turn, client-facing deliverables
  • Develop designs and artwork for marketing materials for both print and digital media
  • Adjust art files, using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Produce and/or update the company websites and marketing materials (online and print)
  • Maintain production schedule for projects
  • Make typographic and photographic changes to InDesign files
  • Create promotional displays, packaging, and marketing brochures

Required Skills:

  • Exceptionally high design, accuracy and quality standards
  • Strong typography and layout skills
  • Proficiency with Adobe CS5 Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat in a Macintosh computer platform
  • Working knowledge of HTML
  • Able to visualize and communicate complex concepts effectively through illustration or Photoshop mock-ups
  • Proficiency in using InDesign organizational functions: styles, layers, master pages, etc.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Able to function effectively within a creative, somewhat chaotic, fun and hard-working environment
  • Technically savvy
  • College design degree or equivalent real world experience
