I was a home health OT for Mountainlands Rehab. I was building a house at the time, and could not quit due to bank loan requirements. When I quit, I was working 60 hours a week and paying 400 dollars a month to work. Ever been required to drive 120 miles through the mountains in winter time to see a patient? And then only get paid for the visit (which was about 2/5ths what I make per visit now).
By far the most UNETHICAL company I have ever seen. Every former employee that worked for them were owed money when they left, including me. They don't pay their bills. They also control the OT/PT boards in the state of Utah. I sent a letter to the attorney general of Utah regarding their illegal and unethical practices........of course I got no response from the AG.
The BIGGEST CROOKS I have dealt with in my 19 Year career.......and have dealt with a lot of them.
