I went for an interview over the summer, the process was extremely laid back, the most laid back interview I've ever had. I ended up not taking the job because their HR rep originally gave me a different hourly rate over the phone to lure me out there, when I flew in for the interview they gave me a lower hourly rate. I was very disappointed in their dishonesty that I ended up rejecting the job, thank goodness! Also, watch out for one of their recruiters, Kelli Christina, she runs KD Staffing, very deceiving as well.

I would usually start at 7 AM and finish around 6 PM. I would get a lot of phone calls after hours from the emergency department usually up until 11 o'clock at night. The hospitalists would generally call me throughout the night to let me know if stable bleeder was admitted to the hospital without much other information. I find this very frustrating.
