Insurance agency in NW Washington DC is interested in hiring a p/t bilingual support person who is interested in becoming a licensed agent within 90 days. The agency will pay for 20-25 hours per week plus licensing and materials to take and pass the exam within 90 days. Once licensed, the ideal candidate will transition into a salaried full time CSR/Sales & Marketing support position.
Requirements to be considered include :
- Previous sales experience a plus
- Previous customer service experience required
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Ability to follow and improve agency processes
- Excellent communication skills -- verbal and written
- Passionate about meeting customer needs
- Excellent organizational, time management and follow-through skills
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
