Working with this company has provided me with a great life to work balance. The management team is well put together, and very engaging. This is a fun place to work at.

Moxie if you like standing around this job would be for you. I'm a hard worker.so I like to get my job assignment done and on with the next one. When you go to work the next day you never know where you are going to work if you work at all.
Pros
Good lunch and caferteria
Cons
Poor management its not a well organize company

Working at Moxie
Anonymous (Current Employee) –  Atlanta, GAAugust 24, 2017
Moxie is ok. Agency life is crazy, busy, and stressful. It's the type of place that makes you feel bad for wanting to have a life outside of work. Their "best" employees sacrifice their personal lives to excel. And even though you get a lot of days off, it's stressful to even take those days because you're never really off.

But you can drink beer and take shots at work, if that's your thing.
Pros
It's a fun environment
Cons
They work you to death

Project Manager (Former Employee) –  Atlanta, GAJune 15, 2017
I learned a lot at Moxie from a number of great people. Management wasn't the best when I was there, but they have undergone a number of changes which may have changed this.

PREP COOK / DISHWASHER (Former Employee) –  Madison, CTJune 11, 2017
Moxie was a productive and fun workplace. There was no slacking off while working. Everybody got along in the workplace. The food is also great. They feed you if you're the dishwasher.

They are pretty biased
Assistant Manager (Former Employee) –  Minneapolis, MNMay 10, 2017
They only allow their "favorite" workers to move up and don't treat everyone fairly. They rarely have a raise and if they did it was only 25 cents! Not a place to work at for long...

Moxie was a Wonderful place to work.
Busser (Former Employee) –  Conklin, NYApril 5, 2017
Moxie provided a great workplace environment, with managment who really cared about the workers. Through this I was able to learn a lot about commitment and pride in one's work, and serving with a smile. The most challenging part of the Job was how fast pace it was, always moving to the next thing without it every slowing down. However the most enjoyable part of the Job was the relationships one is able to for with the people who work there.

good money, busy
Server (Current Employee) –  Dallas, TXMarch 29, 2017
It is an OKAY, place to work. It is busy, money is great. Lots of favoritism and inconsistency between management. Not alot of coaching and directing from management, they just kind of turn a blind eye, but then hold it against you. Tell the employees what they do wrong and review them so they know where to improve.
Pros
good money
Cons
favoritism

Self-Centered Management / Whipping Boys of Digital
media supervisor (Former Employee) –  New York, NYNovember 6, 2015
Management appears to be more interested in what's in it for them (e.g., fancy titles, fiefdoms, bonuses)... and that's it

Poor hiring practices are applied regularly to simply fill the human resource leaky bucket - attrition is super high

The agency is everybody's whipping boy from clients, to other agencies, to service providers... to it's sister companies
Pros
Overall... salary is pretty good

Management needs much improvement
Senior Project Manager - Verizon Wireless (Current Employee) –  Atlanta, GAJuly 23, 2015
The CEO seems to have great intentions, but the management team needs to be more effective. They talk about good intentions and being handcuffed on those intentions, but after a while you start questioning their competence.

Fun but upper management is horrible
Senior Project Manager (Current Employee) –  Atlanta, GAJuly 10, 2015
Upper management has no insight to the day to day. They never see the GREAT things that the teams do. They only focus on the negative. They do not implement solutions that the worker bees have proposed to fix the issues. They are a digital agency that has a very strong technology team yet they continue to have humans monitor everything. There are many company holidays but employees are expected to work most of these days or at least be available to.
Pros
Free Lunch Fridays. Beer Fridays. Flexible WFH
Cons
