I joined back in the days when the company was EDS India which later became Mphasis and was then bought over by HP. All through the 7+ year while I was there, the company got free offshoring work from the parent company and therefore the management has no experience in getting new business. When HP decided to send more business to Mphasis all cost cutting etc started. The organization was very nascent up until I was there. Hope things have changed for the better now.

I tested server networking components with Windows operating systems. I learned the new operating systems and other utilities prior to them being released to the public. The managers were OK. The hardest part was getting adequate equipment to get our testing done. Learning new things.
