There is nothing wrong at this company. They are easy to get along with and pay on time. Because it's contracting, the quality of the experience depends more on where you are inserted than on Mphasis.

My only complaint is that compensation is a bit low, there is little chance for advancement (US only), and the vacation plan is sparse. It's thus a job – more... and not a career.

Management tends to be too lenient but it's better than too harsh. – less

I learnt how to operate computers and MS office and i learnt corporate ethics and professionalism, people management and solving problem in positive approach

Working as a senior system administrator handling a team of 3 people is really a tough job. In fact, team members are cooperative but situation while its really difficult to manage a team support with 24/7 in case more than 1 people on leave. Always handful to help my team member in situation they need me.

Perfect Opportunities and Good Work Life balance but less facilities

Work is Monotonous.

The day at Mphasis started with work review meeting amongst the team members and our Team Lead assigning us the tasks for the day. I was given the opportunity to update the weekly progress report during the managerial meetings. The job also involved a lot of documentation work.

As a Delivery Trainee Software Engineer, I was trained by the Foundation – more... Server team to work under various operating systems and perform several test cases to verify whether the Server is performing as per the design expectations.

My colleagues helped me get trained with respect to all the test cases and always answered my doubts without any problems.

The hardest part of the job was, when sometimes we had to stay back in the office until 2 AM or 3 AM in the morning and make sure the task is complete and we are making progress as per required by the Company. – less

its doing grate in work place and with workmates so its fun and people are very good nice its great expreance.

It has lots of development projects, so we were using the recent and updated technologies all the times.

Work environment is not very productive. Does not stick to their policies of being open & transparent. Almost zero opportunities for growth & career enhancement.No clear cut vision of Mphais of its own and dependent upon HP for everything.

Mphasis is a very productive place to work. I enjoyed the way in which the atmosphere was very conducive to learn.

It was best expirience with mphasis. The timing were very flexible from 11 to 8. The team was with very knowledgeful people and with good team spirit and harwork
