Well i believe i can answer this one pretty easily for everyone. I've been at mpw for almost 3 years now. One of the biggest problems is most of the higher ups have absolutely no clue what's going on in the field yet sit in there air conditioned office and come up with "great" ideas and then enforce them onto the people actually doing the work. Horrible pay, ridiculous call in daily to see if you have work or not, zero benefits. Everyone in the office has sick leave and other benefits yet the people outside in all weather conditions get nothing. The techs and operators are absolutely nothing to this company. What's needed to be realised is those people are everything to this company. There's no need for supervisors, salesmen, or anyone else at the top of the scale if you don't have the little people out there doing what they do. We are expendable to you yet with out us you fail. The only way to actually go some where in this company is to have an inmate connection with some one in the black family. And if buy chance you donate 25 years of your life to this company they give you a rolex watch. ? Seriously. Why, so you can look back to see how many years of your life you wasted. They all want to give each other bonuses and Pat each other on the back for sick a great job they're doing. Maybe if you'd invest some of it towards the people who actually bring the money into this company people would stop leaving. This is just an opinion from a 3 year vet at this company who will also be moving along very soon. To all the people with your undeserved sense of accomplishment in this company. Keep in mind, it's the ants that make the colony run. Not the queen. Once we leave the so does the company.

Going thru reviews it seems like this company has issues. Unsafe work procedures, some were getting an abundance of hours some not, and what was up with time and half pay? Don't know
But that's what's wrong by with this city.

Hire supervisors that know how to speak to hard working employees with respect and motivationally. Get rid of FH and JW or continue to lose equipment operators.
