Perform data entry tasks in Quickbooks and other related accounting programs.
Payroll knowledge a plus
General clerical duties such as data entry,reconciliation, filing,processing bills and invoices, copying, updating records, organizing,correspondence, and collections.
Assist in organizing/writing up orders.
Drivers license and insurance necessary for errands and customer return service.
Position requires a responsible individual capable of working under minimal suervision with strong organizational, written and verbal skills.
