Cons: not fully situated to be full-services yet; focus is still on social media and youth marketing
MRY still has roots in social media and youth marketing. After the merger, they have grown to something resembling the typical full-services agency but not without some growing pains. Good project managers, highly creative staff and no micromanagement makes MRY a great place to start a career.
It was awesome planning promotional events for a company as large as Coca-Cola on our campus. It was a little difficult having a program manager that was based out of NYC but it was a great experience.
