Nice place to Earn a Paycheck
transportation and translation (Former Employee), JacksonvilleSeptember 30, 2013
Pros: breakroom tvs, steady paycheck, uppermgmt accepts written questions that are published
Cons: offices are either too hot or too cold
Management was nice, but i got the impression they were IN-experienced; pc font was a size 7, creating eye-strain, telehones, LOW extra- small cubicles, coworkers were pleasant, breaktime, telephones, lunch, telephones and go home; parking is far enough from building to get soaked if you've forgotten your umbrella ;dont want to do this job for a living, – more... go to college and get a SKILL, promotions doesn't seem to be merit-based – less

A Place to Learn New Things
Infusion Care Coordinator (Current Employee), Jacksonville, FLAugust 25, 2013
Pros: team mentality, vendor sponsered lunches
Cons: short lunches
Working at MSC Care Management will ensure that you learn the many different aspects of worker's compensation, home health and DME. Typical day at work consists of answering phone calls, emails and inquiries from customers, patient's, fellow associates and management. Management does their best to ensure that the workplace is pleasant and fair. Coworkers – more... help each other out when they can. Hardest part of the job is the amount of work needing to be done in a short time frame. Most enjoyable part of the job is the people you work with. – less

Programmer/Report Analyst (Former Employee), Jacksonville, FLFebruary 26, 2013
Pros: lunch rooms with tvs
Cons: freezing cold offices
MSC was officially acquired by a company in NJ in January. Since then there has been many layoffs. It's no longer a nice place to work.
