First of all, don't trust Glassdoor for reviews. The company has the negative reviews scrubbed. A typical day everyone works really hard and communicates well. This only goes for the employees and hiring managers. Upper management can't communicate with their employees without getting frustrated like a three year old who's parent won't buy them candy. The most enjoyable part of the job is the fact that the company still allows dogs in the office. Having them around really relieves the stress that builds up for many people there. I think the negative parts about it is the fact there is no communication from upper management. It seems as long as they have money lining there pockets, they don't actually care what happens to their employees who spend their weekends at work. The work/life balance is terrible. The company would provide free lunches but the thing is, is it just kept employees at work longer. Many would take their food back to their desk and continue working rather than be able to relax and have some time with friends at work. This is a music company and should be more fun instead of being dreaded.
