Top mananger is clueless. They Revamped commission and result people left!
Theres Zero/Poor training, lowbase salary. No one cares about you, cut throat/dog eat dog working environment, high stress, if you are greedy, care about me only then this is place for you.
Sales manager are managers of others when they have no business being in that position period! New sales people, you will make 50-100 calls a day harrassing automotive dealerships, lucky to talk to 1-5 people and impossbile hard time getting anyone to tak to about advertising deals. When you do get mailer deals, Top sales people will have their mailers hit expected drop/in home dates, as they are able to get theirs pushed out quicker/ahead of others (people not top 15 salespeople). New people will have deals sabotaged, so zero chance of recurring business and growing pipeline!
You will be threatened to get sales otherwise you will be replaced, or not paid commission on deals. Sales floor is always revolving door. Mudd has bad reputution within advertising world. Do not enter, Run as far away from Mudd!!
