Our Tonawanda, NY headquarters currently staffs employees in various departments, including Quality Assurance, Customer Service, Training, Field Services, Sales, Marketing, and Information Technology. In addition, we employ remote field managers and trainers in our key markets across the country. The purpose of the Tech Support Specialistis to provide support for technical inquiries received via the telephone or email. Assesses nature of problem and resolves simple and basic support issues over the phone, with email or remote access. This position requires knowledge of computer diagnostic and repair techniques in order to provide overall support to all clients. This position reports directly to the IT Systems and Security Manager.

We are looking for full or part time applicants for a paid internship.


Troubleshoot Microsoft Windows XP / XP / 7 / 8, Mac and Tablets
Help desk tier 1, 2 in-house and on-call support for employees, contractors, and customers via telephone or remote access.
Ensure timely incident follow with all Clients
Document user calls, issue resolution, and related processes and procedures.
Recommend changes or updates in programming, documentation, and training to address system deficiencies and user needs.
Hardware and software troubleshooting
Enter commands and observe system functioning to verify correct operations and detect errors.
Asset management and inventory
Equipment installation and maintenance
Occasional after hours and weekend work is required


1-2 years relevant experience.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Maintain a positive attitude.
Be able to work independently and as well as in a team environment.
