Office Staff (Current Employee) –  Cleveland, NCJanuary 25, 2014
Overall management is great and they believe in maintaining a good work/life balance. As a corporation however they need to make a large investment in technology upgrades rather than throwing people at problems.

Sr. Mechanical Designer (Current Employee) –  Cleveland, NCNovember 14, 2012
Co-workers are easy to get along with and management tries to assist in any work related needs. Salary is competitive, but it is because the medical cost and coverage isn't anything special. It isn't bad, just nothing to get excited over. There is a lack of organization and system process, which if they existed, would make it a much more enjoyable place to work.
Pros
salary
Cons
healthcare; lack of "systems"

Software Application Specialist (Current Employee) –  Clevelnd, NCJuly 21, 2012
I've enjoyed my time at this company, though I feel the job itself isn't the right fit for me. Typical 8-hour day is spent answering calls, providing remote desktop support. Hardest part is that some days the calls aren't really flowing in, so there's a lot of down time. Most enjoyable part is that the coworkers and clients you work with are nice, interesting people.
