Not a good spot for technical customer-facing staff
Consultant (Current Employee) –  HQMay 13, 2017
If you are a consultant (and I guess also an architect), your agenda is slammed with mandatory sales-related assignments you really don't need (over-repeated and overwhelming), this hindering your capability to keep up with the skills you need to do YOUR job. This not only makes your life miserable (you continuously end up working in your spare time), but it is also dangerous for your technical career development, since a lot of time is spent on useless stuff, instead of on improving your skills.
Note: this brainwashing-like culture affects heavily not only the onboarding process, but also your company life all the way.
Pros
interesting technology, salary
Cons
technical profiles' careers hindered, very poor work/life balance, hostile workplace

Client ran out of money and elected to try and go offshore. So when they made that move it was time for all of the onshore resources to find a new home.

Solution Engineer (Current Employee) –  San FranciscoJanuary 17, 2013
If you want to work for a tech startup that offers solid, tangible products that are actually being deployed and changing the enterprise IT landscape, then MuleSoft will be perfect for you.

The best thing about MuleSoft is the people and the culture. Like most tech startups, MuleSoft only hires smart people but unlike many tech startups, all the people here are nice and really team-oriented.

And the second best thing is the products, which one can easily find out more from just googling around.
Pros
satisfaction from working with strong products. great people. good culture.
Cons
work schedule can be hectic and disorganized, like any high growth startups.
