Satilite Install/Service Tech/Tech Supervisor (Former Employee) – Scott La office – April 16, 2015
over the time i was employed with them i went from installer/service to advanced products to supervisor. days stared out a 5:00 am running reports to get ready for 7:00 conference call with technicians. took phone calls to techs and customers, exceptioned techs off for call outs, called around to find equipment and run it to thechs, watch the board to make sure every tech was onsite by 8:00 am, quality checks on jobs done, show up onsite with problem techs and new techs new in the field, more conference calls, onsite for all comercial jobs, cancelling jobs, rescheduling jobs, putting jobs on hold, damage claims, and 1.5 hour drive to my area everyday. you never have any control over what happens when so everyday was different but you just had to keep going with what was a priority first.
16 hour days 2 to 3 days off a month with calls all day even if you off
