Pros: free lunch
Cons: no performance appraisal, no benefits
I started my day with a few reports and a few sends here and there. During the day i will respond to request over email.I will do this and that on the system. i will even schedule some campaigns for later. I learnt a lot about the working environment. I learnt to always separate my personal life with my work life. I learnt how to use the technologies – more... used by the company. I loved it when i had to teach others a few tricks on the system as well :).
The hardest part of the job is when a mistake happens, all will break loose. My Co-workers and I knew that we will be called for a meeting. It taught me to be strong and to pay attention to detail because some mistakes cost the company a lot of money. So i didnt like that part of my job. – less
