Compensation good, culture toxic and hostile

What’s most challenging about the organization are the ongoing issues with some management who are allowed to verbally abuse staff while creating a very hostile work environment. HR and management put up a good show but at the end of the day they tolerate, or even allow toxic people to abuse staff as long as they deliver results. Work/Life Balance is far from equal. You are expected to put in extremely long hours “or else”. It’s one thing to work hard if you are treated well, but at MARC you’re going to work hard and watch colleagues or yourself be abused by some management. It’s a toxic and hostile environment.
