Worked with great people who gave great support
Programmer/IT Support/Help Desk Technician (Former Employee), Brooklyn, OHApril 11, 2013
Pros: working with people
Cons: not being able to resolve their problem quickly, not because of me, but because of the chain of flow to get problems resolved.
IT helpdesk - Contracted to Key Bank - handled between 20 to 40 calls per day, either correcting situation on my own, going to second level support or creating a ticket to get the problem resolved. Worked with a very intelligent and helpfull staff of co-workers and managers. Enjoyed working with clients to quickly pinpoint problems and get the correct – more... solution for them in a thorough and timely manner. Hardest part of the job was not being able to resolve their problem quickly, not because of me, but because of the chain of flow to get problems resolved. – less
