It was only a contract position, not much of a chance to go permanent. Duties were varied according to the need of the company. Could be anything from checking domain intergation to unpackaging hardware.

It was a good experience to work here.
I was working on contract assignment that lasted about 6 months.
They paid me on time, and submitting my hours was rather easy.
Also, they paid my expenses, such as parking, and etc.
A honest, and good company to work at.

Great company to work for. It is just a temporary job company and most of the jobs are just simple 1 hour jobs but some of the people that you have to work for are ridiculous.

IT helpdesk - Contracted to Key Bank - handled between 20 to 40 calls per day, either correcting situation on my own, going to second level support or creating a ticket to get the problem resolved. Worked with a very intelligent and helpfull staff of co-workers and managers. Enjoyed working with clients to quickly pinpoint problems and get the correct solution for them in a thorough and timely manner. Hardest part of the job was not being able to resolve their problem quickly, not because of me, but because of the chain of flow to get problems resolved.

Outdated - timesheets still a maunal process. Last minute notice of contract cancellation. Left hanging when notified 5 days before contract cancellation.

No follow up after last timesheet. Cold group.
Cons
lack of automated timesheets, no notice of end of contract, no feedback for reason.
