Job Requirements and Expectations

Requirements: ‎

  • Reliable transportation
  • Sales Experience and/or college degree
  • Life and health insurance license or willingness to obtain one prior to start date
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Consent to a criminal and credit background check
  • The ability to work independently
  • A basic understanding and belief in insurance and investment planning

Additional Considerations: ‎
Special consideration will be given to applicants that have: ‎

  • Securities licensing (i.e. series 6, 63, 65, 7, 66)‎
  • Financial or insurance designations (i.e. CFP, CLU, LUTC, etc.)‎
  • Prior industry or entrepreneurial experience

  • Presenting products and retirement solutions face to face with clients
