Truck driver (Former Employee) – New Mexico – February 18, 2017
They have good equipment but they had very short loads and everyone is fighting for a load. So you might be sitting for 2-3 days to get rolling again. Management is very disorganized. Driver managers very rude and aggressive.
ACCOUNTANT (Current Employee) – Las Cruces, NM – December 26, 2014
the work environment was good, the management was very helpful and allowed for a comfortable and stable work environment. Limited opportunities for advancement due to size of company, but they were very flexible with employees going to school.
Owner/Operator (Current Employee) – El Paso, TX – January 3, 2013
MVT is one ot the very few companies that i would actually have no problem recommending drivers to if they want a company that respects their drivers and has a good open communication policy in place. They are adament about the upkeep and care of there trucks and trailers and do try to get the drivers as many miles as posible.
