Our mission at MHRP is to provide executive-level expertise and hands-on human resource management services tailored to meeting or supplementing the human resource and labor relations needs of small businesses, non-profits, and associations. As a corollary to this mission, we have an absolute passion for supporting in-house HR professionals who lack – more... the time needed to focus on a specific project, or for whom HR is only one of many responsibilities on their plate.
We typically work with only a few client-partners at any given time on either a project or ongoing consultative basis. This allows us to provide the assistance our clients want as they need it, assuring the continuity, consistency, and confidentiality of the services and support they receive. Our objective is to exceed client expectations while providing pragmatic and cost-effective services, strategies and solutions geared towards resolving both immediate and long-term HR challenges.
