Innovative Services, Inc. (ISI) is searching for a Full Time Program Manager to directly oversee a community based program located in Onalaska, WI that provides a variety of daily living skills and support to individuals who are elderly, developmentally disabled or may have a mental health diagnosis who want to continue living in their own home in the surrounding areas of Onalaska, WI. This position directly supervises staff, and ensures all clients’ needs are met. Work time is split between office time, and time providing the support and cares to the clients.

Hours are typically first shift, although the Program Manager is responsible to ensure coverage for the program, which may include evenings, weekends and holidays, as well as on call responsibilities. This position is located in La Crosse, WI. Past residential mgmt experience preferred. Experience providing services to this population a plus! Valid WI DL and access to reliable, insured vehicle is required. High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
