MyComputerCareer.com is currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator to work on our Columbus Campus.
MyComputerCareer.com has a state of the art campus where we help our students change their careers and change their lives through unmatched hands-on technical skills training and IT Certification training.
The Office Administrator will be managing all supportive administrative tasks for the Admissions, Training and Career Services departments including: greeting of students and visitors in the front --desk reception area, answering phones, overseeing completion and accuracy of student files, maintaining attendance records, proctoring student testing. Additional job responsibilities may be assigned depending upon the needs of the students, campus and office staff.
â€¢ Exceptional telephone skills
â€¢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Typing 50+ wpm)
â€¢ Proficient in MS Office Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
â€¢ Ability to multi-task and prioritize is a must
â€¢ Must pass Prometric Test (taken on campus) before being offered employment
â€¢ Some travel may be required
â€¢ Ability to work weekends and some evenings
2:00pm-10pm starting, However position will move to a day time position
*Flexible scheduling during initial training period will be required
â€¢ 2-3 Years of previous office administration is a must
â€¢ Associates degree is preferred
â€¢ $11-$14 hour DOE
*A background check and drug screen WILL be required
