Inside Sales Representative
Leading promotional products company, is in search of creative, well-organized and customer-centric inside sales representatives to join our team. A successful candidate will be a proactive self-starter with an excellent work ethic and above average communication skills – both verbal and written. Must have strong people skills and be excellent with telephone presentations. Must have a basic math aptitude and also be particularly detail oriented. Sales experience and formal customer service and sales training preferred. Computer skills are essential.

Job Responsibilities:
 Making outbound calls to current and prospective clients in order to build a base of loyal repeat customers
 Contribute to team effort by answering inbound customer phone calls in a timely manner and completing all associated duties resulting from the calls
 Maintain quality service to all customers by answering product and service questions; cross-selling related products and services and being courteous and responsive to all customers' needs
 Use web-based software to quickly answer product related questions, enter orders and maintain records of client interaction
 Interact with sales support staff when necessary to ensure unique customer requests are handled in a timely fashion

 Minimum of 2 years inside B2B sales, primarily outbound calling experience
 High school diploma required, College degree preferred
 Able to learn quickly become familiar with a large array of products and promotions
 Must have the ability to overcome objections and close sales
 Excellent interpersonal, organizational and phone skills
 Knowledge of promotional products industry would be a major plus
