Inside Sales Representative
Leading promotional products company, MyPromoShop.com is in search of creative, well-organized and customer-centric inside sales representatives to join our team. A successful candidate will be a proactive self-starter with an excellent work ethic and above average communication skills – both verbal and written. Must have strong people skills and be excellent with telephone presentations. Must have a basic math aptitude and also be particularly detail oriented. Sales experience and formal customer service and sales training preferred. Computer skills are essential.
Making outbound calls to current and prospective clients in order to build a base of loyal repeat customers
Contribute to team effort by answering inbound customer phone calls in a timely manner and completing all associated duties resulting from the calls
Maintain quality service to all customers by answering product and service questions; cross-selling related products and services and being courteous and responsive to all customers' needs
Use web-based software to quickly answer product related questions, enter orders and maintain records of client interaction
Interact with sales support staff when necessary to ensure unique customer requests are handled in a timely fashion
Minimum of 2 years inside B2B sales, primarily outbound calling experience
High school diploma required, College degree preferred
Able to learn quickly become familiar with a large array of products and promotions
Must have the ability to overcome objections and close sales
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and phone skills
Knowledge of promotional products industry would be a major plus
