Inside Sales Representative (Technology Support / Call Center)

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and hard working Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team of sales professionals. The Inside Sales Representative will primarily be focused on handling inbound calls from prospective customers who are in need of assistance with their technology. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for uncovering the root of the problem and walking the customer through a presentation of our service. The end result for every phone call is the customer purchasing a membership of our services.

Inside Sales Representative (Technology Support / Call Center)

Job Requirements

To be considered for the Inside Sales Representative role, you must have an extremely outgoing personality and a demonstrated ability to handle and overcome objections. Due to the nature of the role, the Inside Sales Representative must have a strong drive and a willingness to always go the extra mile to complete the sale.

Other requirements for the Inside Sales Representative include:

  • Some technology knowledge is necessary. Reps should have some knowledge of PC, Mac, iPod, iPad, Hardware, Software and the interest and willingness to learn more
  • Must act, dress and communicate like a business professional
  • Previous phone sales experience is preferred
