About MyTime:

MyTime is reinventing local ecommerce. We've built an online destination where consumers can book appointments and purchase local services such as haircuts, house cleanings, massages, and more from nearby local businesses. MyTime has integrated into the leading calendar applications on the market, giving us real-time visibility into each merchant's schedule. When customers book appointments on MyTime, we even write back to the merchant's calendar. This allows us to be a true one-stop destination to purchase services from millions of businesses across the country.

What we're looking for:

Account Executives interact with great merchants every day and revolutionize the way they advertise and attract new customers. Account executives own the entire sales cycle from first contact with leads to getting them onboarded and ready for success. They will be responsible for initial contact all the way through a full setup of the merchants that participate with our site. They make daily outbound sales calls to sign-up local business owners, and are also passionate about ensuring that each business is successful once signed up.

Account Executives will be an integral member of the team in our San Francisco office and will be encouraged to participate in other projects with marketing, product, etc. They are excited about what we're doing as a company, and want to be an integral part of MyTime's journey!

Required Skills:

You'll need to have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic sales role. You're self-motivated to meet aggressive sales targets and are extremely efficient with your time. You have top-notch communication skills -- both written and verbal, on the phone and in person -- and are able to adapt your style across a wide audience. You are insightful and can recognize and track patterns across merchants, and communicate them with the rest of the team.

Minimum requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience in sales (will consider recent grads with transferable skills)
  • Some experience in phone sales preferred
  • Self motivator with strong communication skills
