A typical day at work consists of a company meeting to delegate responsibilities followed by sourcing activities including phone calls, emails, and resume searching/reviewing.
I have learned a lot about Staff Augmentation and Talent Acquisition. I've also learned about technical services and staffing needs of technical/utility companies.
Management is strict and traditional, co-workers are hard working and helpful.
The hardest part of the job is finding the perfect fit for our clients. The most enjoyable part of the job is the communication aspect; talking to, and communicating with, our clients as well as our potential candidates.
