You know when you meet someone and in the first five minutes you learn exactly what's most important to them? When you meet N2, the first thing you know about us is we're really passionate about our culture. We spend a ton of energy talking about how work shouldn't be your most important thing -- that should be your loved ones, and your work should be second-in-command to them.
That may sound crazy to some, but, for us, we're a business centered on people -- from our product to our business model -- and we couldn't do business well if we didn't love people right.
