For all our excitement, though, we make sure to keep things casual, too. Headquartered on the coast in Wilmington, NC, the casual lifestyle of beach-town living carries over into our workplace. It’s not uncommon to see team members and the C-Suite execs discussing strategy over a game of ping pong, sporting a pair of board shorts and flip flops.
