We are currently seeking an HR Director for Mercy Health - Fairfield Hospital. This key position is responsible for implementing HR programs and services. Working collaboratively with operational leaders, you will ensure the organizational goals met and that HR systems and processes are consistent with supporting business needs. Specific areas of attention include ongoing operations management, program implementation, and compliance assurance related to legal, JCAHO and other arenas, as well as coaching and consulting on recruitment and retention strategies.
To qualify, you must possess an HR director level background in an acute care hospital setting and have 5-10 years of progressively responsible experience in the management of an HR organization. Advanced studies, preferably culminating in a master’s degree, are desired in such disciplines as management, HR and industrial relations. PHR or SPHR certification is a definite asset. Additionally, the selected candidate will possess superior abilities to lead, coach and work productively with field HR managers, professionals and their staffs.
