We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Professional to work in our New Jersey office. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team delivering BPO and IT outsourcing solutions within the healthcare community.
The Marketing Representative position is a lead generation role working in conjunction with the Field Sales Team. Working from the Salesforce.com as well as publicly available information the executive will call decision makers to qualify, present and generate interest in NDS. Ideally the candidate will have experience in sales lead generation.

Responsibilities will include…
*Identify, build and work new business prospect target lists
*Source and make contact with key decision makers via outbound calls
*Qualify prospects as viable or not viable candidates for NDS to pursue
*Continually meet daily and weekly expectations for successful outbound calls
*Understand company strengths and collaborate with sales team members to develop messaging that resonates with target market
*Ability to engage and build relationships with members of the sales team to assist them in building their sales pipeline
*Enter all activity in salesforce.com
*Communicate with field sales team members to transition call and meeting information

Requirements
*Have 2+ years of successful sales experience, knowledge of healthcare market preferred
*Proven track record of being able to continually meet or exceed sales objectives
*College Degree preferably
*Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills
*Proficient computer skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
*Multi-task and possess a ‘do what it takes’ approach
*Work in the Saddle Brook, NJ office
