Medical Office is seeking a Permanent Part-Time Position Receptionists with an opportunity to grow as Full-Time position in the near future based on experience and ability to learn quickly. Minimum of 2-3 years experience working in a doctor’s office as a receptionist, medical assistant or secretary is required. The qualified applicant should be polite, courteous, and extremely hardworking, with flexibility in the applicant’s schedule. We seek candidates who are capable of multi-tasking in a busy office, ability to answer multiple phone lines simultaneously, schedule patient appointments, communicating with doctor’s offices and insurance companies and shows MATURITY AND MOTIVATION. The applicant should possess the necessary skills to perform computer data entry, copying, scanning, faxing and filing, checking vital signs, checking patients in and out. Training will be provided to highly motivated selected applicants who are interested and seeking a long term working relationship with the practice. NOTE: The selected candidate will have the opportunity to VOLUNTEER for 2 DAYS to see if this position is the right one for the candidate before officially hired!
