Provides secretarial and administrative support to the staff and Board of the New York State Dental Foundation. Functions successfully as part of a team. Organizes efficiently with superior attention to detail. Provides excellent member service. Works independently with minimal supervision. Prompt and accurate data entry essential. Assists in the preparation of meeting materials, reports, minutes. Attends events as required.

Education: High School Graduate
Experience: 2-3 years related administrative and secretarial experience; references required
Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe and Outlook
Strong Requirements: Detail oriented. Well organized. Ability to multitask under strict deadlines. Strong communications skills. Ability to follow direction, but also to work independently.
Compensation: $27,000 plus excellent benefits package
