Bug Testing
Quality Assurance Technician (Former Employee) –  San Jose, CAJune 5, 2017
My role was QA and bug testing. I would try to break the game and then I would report what I managed to break to the development team. The dev team would then put out a new build I would try to break it again.

Easy work, very long hours
Nelson staffing - Temporary Positions (Former Employee) –  San Jose, CAJanuary 4, 2017
Namco Bandai was pretty fun to work for back in the day. For a young person there are plenty of hours and overtime, but the hours can be sporadic. You may end up working almost 24 hours straight to meet a deadline. The work is easy, but if you really enjoy gaming you may feel differently after being a qa.
Pros
Good culture, a lot of hours
Cons
Temp work, no benefits

got to play free video games but was laid off after store closed. Unless you're higher up in the company they don't really care about you.
Pros
