I've heard only once a year, and they can make you a lead with more responsibility with no raise I don't think they give you the option to decline the position.

Coworkers and the leads over strep boundaries, gossip about others and destroy any idea of a comfortable, team focused environment. It feels hostile going to work.

They will give one vacation day every 2 and half years. That's not enough and unfair to an employee.
