Typical for an auto dealership either so slow or a bit busy, but never swamped.

Neutral. Like any auto dealership that one employ makes it hard for all the rest due to their unprofessionalism. You always hear the bad thing that happened..never the 1000 hood experiences from people on the street.

Think about the employees and their families versus the almighty bottom line dollar. Closed 3 holidays a year and the must fall on the actual holiday, not a day before or a day after. Christmas Day, New Years Day, Thanksgiving Day. Rediculous, but if they sell only one car and make $5000 it is worth it, as sales staff are on 100% commission, along with F&I. So 10 people can be there all day on a holiday, yet make NO money. Office staff is paid for the holiday.
