Don't ever work for Napoleon in any country. Pay is extremely low across all departments and he treats his employees terribly.

I enjoyed working with my coworkers as well as meeting new people. Learning new techniques and what's on trend from Napoleon Perdis is an added bonus. Management was very supportive and provided opportunity for advancement.

They have unrealistic goals, require you to work six days a week, They don't regognize milestones small or large. They fired 10 people in December and 5 quit. THAT'S just DECEMBER. They gossipp on conference calls about past employees, highly unethical. There is no sense of job security.
