Using my patient service skills and is responsible for a wide range of customer service activities. I possess excellent written/verbal/telephone communication skills, along with basic computer knowledge, and a basic understanding medical record. Responsible for ensuring patient flow, medical record availability and completeness, scheduling physician/provider appointments and maintenance of physician appointment schedules. Answers telephone promptly in a customer friendly manner. Collects and verifies accurate patient information and enters into scheduling system. I receive orders and correctly complete patient orders for data entry with quality patient care. Complete patient orders following policies, procedures and regulations to ensure patient orders are in compliance. Management was unfair.
