Wonderful employees but very high attrition. Less than desirable leadership and executive team. The leadership/executive team has a very high tenure, but the rest of the staff turnover quickly.

It was fine - good for self starters. I was allowed to research projects independently and build my research reports on my own time. There wasn't a lot of hand holding. but that was good, since I was a graduate student.

Ensured adherence to the bank’s policies and procedures and audit teller drawers
Worked closely with the District Operations Manager to provide operational support and guidance to all branches

Great experience for student looking for research experience

This is a great place to get more experience with research especially if you want to know more about CHCs. There is no compensation which is unfortunate.

Organization has mission to serve the medically underserved population of US by supporting Federally Qualified Community Health Centers (FQHC) . Training; technical assistance; advocacy; sponsorship and grant assistant programs are offered to FQHCs. Acquired continued training in data and Mircosoft programs to keep up with ever changing updates. Co-workers willing to assist when needed. However, there is a disproportion for employee advancement. Tenure and dedication not factors in equation. Lack of upper management mentoring.
