This is a great place to get more experience with research especially if you want to know more about CHCs. There is no compensation which is unfortunate.

Cons: morale low
Organization has mission to serve the medically underserved population of US by supporting Federally Qualified Community Health Centers (FQHC) . Training; technical assistance; advocacy; sponsorship and grant assistant programs are offered to FQHCs. Acquired continued training in data and Mircosoft programs to keep up with ever changing updates. Co-workers willing to assist when needed. However, there is a disproportion for employee advancement. Tenure and dedication not factors in equation. Lack of upper management mentoring.
